Meet Our Pastor
Pastor Jeff Gross, B.A., M.Div.
My name is Jeff Gross and I am proud to be the pastor at New Life Lutheran Church in lovely Sarasota, Florida. I was born, baptized and confirmed at Zion Lutheran Church in Litchfield, Minnesota. I graduated from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota in 1990 and Luther/Northwestern Theological Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota in 1994. I was ordained the summer after my graduation in my home congregation and served as a pastor for 2 years in Arthur and Hunter, North Dakota. In 1996 I moved to Florida and served in Venice, Lakewood Ranch, Deerfield Beach, Lakeland and now New Life Lutheran Church in lovely Sarasota, Florida.
My lovely wife Victoria and I have been married for 27 years and we have two wonderful children, now adults, Rachel and Nathan. My family is the joy of my life.
I love serving New Life Lutheran Church. I love the people I serve and I am inspired by the love and faith of the people at New Life. New Life is a very active congregation and we just celebrated our 10 year anniversary. I hope you have a chance to visit us. May God Bless you.

Council meetings are held on Thursdays and are open to all members of the congregation.
If you have a concern or question, please do not hesitate to contact one of your Council members.
Each month the meeting agenda is posted on the church bulletin board. Minutes are posted the following month after approval.
Generally meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. Notice of Council meetings are also in the monthly calendar of events.
